Our candles are made of all natural soy wax, cotton wicks and pthalate-free fragrance blends.
We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at marike@altadenacandleco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment
confirmation.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and
order weight.
