Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment
  confirmation.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and
  order weight.

  • Standard: 3-7 business days

• We currently ship within the United states. International shipping is not available at this time.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

• We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, contact us at marike@altadenacandleco.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

• Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
